I’m trying out the WordPress theme P2. I really like it. What’s interesting is that it doesn’t show post titles. Disconcerting, at least when the humor of the previous three posts depending on their titles being shown… Oops!

K9 WordPress Theme
I’m experimenting with the K9 WordPress theme. It’s written by Safirul Alredha, or “Zeo” of K2 fame, and is based on the K2 WordPress theme. After a little investigation, I’ve found that K9 leaves out a bunch of K2’s functionality:

K2 Three Columns, Both Sidebars on the Right, Part II
The latest nightly (v378) of the K2 theme for WordPress (which blogan.net currently uses) changes the CSS selectors for a triple column layout from sidebar-dual to columns-three.
Blogan.net now uses the following CSS in its custom CSS file to display both sidebars display on the right:

My Header Works!
I had difficulties getting Mike Cohen’s simple header graphic randomizer working. When it works, it randomly selects header pictures. When it doesn’t…well, it’s not pretty. Thank you, Mike, for sending me a copy of your header.php file. I immediately saw what I was doing wrong and fixed it.

My Header is Broken
Yes, I know the graphic at the top of my page isn’t there. Instead I have an oversized, blue box. If you look closely, you’ll notice I have a matching, oversized, gray box at the bottom of the page, too.
