		<description>I personally think that they house or Representatives are giving this lame excuse of limiting public emails is so that they wont have to read it. If the Congress site is having a problem with the massive public emails they should buy another server so that they could have more memory space, and have IT’s on duty to fix any problems that the site may. The people’s voice must be heard.</description>
