My Strengths According to Strengths Finder 2.0

My Top Five Strengths

My Top Five Strengths

Intel is making a big push in career development. The reasons are obvious: job satisfaction, employee retention, placing employees in positions where they will perform their best, etc. As part of this effort, I recently attended an eight-hour course on career development for managers. Throughout the course, the book Strengths Finder 2.0 by Tom Rath was repeatedly mentioned. As in, it would have been best if everyone had read the book and taken the associated test before attending the course. Oh well. I’ve done other things out of order, too.

I took the test tonight, with the results shown above. Now I get to read the book and see what it all means.

Have you taken this test? Did it make any difference in your life?
